B.A./M.A. (pending) Biola University Miss Lamay has been teaching since 2018. She taught elementary & middle school English & Philosophy at the Waterhouse Guild & Middle School Bible, History, Philosophy & Shakespeare at Valor Christian Academy before teaching at Ambassador. She graduated from Biola University in 2018 with a degree in Biblical and Theological Studies and from the Torrey Honors College. Her time studying Scripture under godly professors increased both her love and knowledge of who God is as He reveals Himself in Scripture. Additionally, Torrey cultivated within her a passion for pursuing the Good, True, and Beautiful One in community. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Classical Theology. For Miss Lamay, teaching is an opportunity to invite others onto the quest of becoming whole, well-rounded human beings through knowing and loving Jesus Christ. Her prayer is that through their education, students will mature in love and understanding of the Lord, others and the world around them. |
